Guru Interim 2016

My name is on the list for the interview. For the above post. And this time, it's under the state government. The interview will be held next week on the 9th March 2016. My name is the 264th. Heehuuuu

It's not like am throwing out opportunity, it is just me. I just don't have the passion to teach in school. And I know I keep on whining this here, on my blog. I had been in schools before, teaching, and it seemed that I could not fit myself there. And the only thing that made me stay before this was responsibility. I stayed and taught because of my responsibility as a teacher. Not because of passion. It was quite tiring for me to do something I didn't have passion in it. Everyday seemed like torturing for me.

I even told my parent about this. If there is any call for posting or interview, I'll not attend. I don't care about the pay and also the permanent post, I just want to do things I feel comfortable with. And let the rest fill in the position. Those people who really have passion towards teaching in schools. I know my degree qualified me for the job, but sometimes qualified for the job does not mean I have to take the job. Education is quite wide. And education does not necessarily mean you have to teach in schools. It does not mean that school is the only way to land in a job and to have that the source of money. Whatever...

I just hope those who really have the interest in it get the job. So that they really can contribute in shaping the future generation. The name of the post, the title, the pay, you name it. They are all come in one name. RESPONSIBILITY.

As for me, if you are not sincere in taking the job, you will not enjoy the ride.
For whatever it is, thank you for this listing.

All the best to all name that are listed. Chaiyok!!!

Entering the 30's

I just can't believe I'll be exactly 30 years old. In just a few months left. Phewwww. That's all. Am feeling sleepy right now. And it's still working hours. Obviously am in the office now. So, please excuse me. I need to zzzzzzz for few minutes.

Thank Calendar, It's Friday.

Dear Friend.... Be strong. We pray.

Remember my previous entry, I told that I deactivated my Facebook account. I deactivated it back an hour ago.
And the reason is because I got pretty bad news through whatsapp from my schoolmate. She informed me that our schoolmate, Lenna,  is now in coma. I don't keep her phone number as all this while we contacted through FB as she's working in Johor as a therapist in the hospital there. I decided to get myself back to fb to keep in touch with her news.
She's still in coma and her heart swollen by somewhat 10-15%??? Heard it preyty bad since she's depending on the machine for breathing. All of our classmates still have no idea what is going on.
It's heartbreaking to receive such news. Feel headache.

Please pray for her to be strong. Amen.
Thank you.

Like real behind me

Never ever thought it could be real
When I saw you
I know you were right there
Behind me

Tried not to turn around
When someone told me not to turn
Freeze frozen
Wasn't moving at all

Who could it be
Behind me
Wondering, heart pounding
Still standing without turning around

Could it be you
Heart telling me, forcing me
So I turned around
And I found you
I saw you I saw you

Blood rushed to my head
Gave you a sincere wide smile
Voices screaming in my head
I tried to hide
It screamed silently excitedly

You you you you
I knew it must be you
Standing right behind me

And to make thing worst
You were smiling back at me
The sweetest smile I ever see

And to make thing worst
That were all in my dream
In my dream

Hello Band Hyukoh! Hello Korea!

Hahaha. I just want to say Hello Band Hyukoh! Hello Korea!

안녕하세요
Annyeonghaseyo!

They won few awards recently. Congratulation! It's great to see an indie band got the spotlight there. It's a positive thing since it's so rare. And these guys are doing really great. Hopefully they will succeed especially in breaking the international scene (if they really aim for it).

Am not sure how is the music scene there, but here in Malaysia, it's progressing really fast since 1999. Before that maybe. We have many bands here. I like 6ixth Sense very much. And I like most of the Indonesian bands especially band Nidji. They are truly awesome. *clap* *clap* *clap*

Band Hyukoh is the first Korean band I listen to. I listen to Japan bands a lot. Their rock scene, they really rock. Hahahahaha

Aaaaa. I need my Amy Winehouse now. Lolololol. I listen a lot to Amy since the past two years. I listen to many songs and I don't restrict myself to one genre. I don't know. I just love music.

Okayh. Am out for now. Will be spending my time on Spotify. That's the music factory. They don't make music but they serve us with musics. Is it legal? I guess so. Bye!

Floating in the sky

Lolololol. I got excited whenever I saw new audiences on my blog. I have no idea whether it's real or not. But anyway, I thank whoever drop by here or even just passing by here. Being grateful without knowing whether it reflects the real one or not is just simply being me.

Feeling grateful and thankful are totally awesome feeling.

It's like a habit now. I don't feel good if I don't thank people.

Ash Wednesday 2016. February 10th.

Have a blessed Ash Wednesday, everyone, and to those who celebrate it. May your Lenten season fills with blessings.

Say Amen to me too. Am on fasting and abstinence today. And am working. I forgot to apply an off day for today. Anyway, it doesn't matter if you are working or staying at home today. Hope you are having a good one.

And one more thing, since it keeps on raining since last weeks, and king tide happened too, and still happen, flood everywhere here in Kuching, Sarawak. Stay safe, everyone.

Lunar New Year. Chinese New Year. 2016.

Aaaaaa. This year the weather really did not permit us to go for ngabang. We only went to visit on the first day of Chinese New Year. The day where we were loaded with various foods and angpau!! How to spell? Is it angpaw, or angpau or angpou? Whatever it is, it was fun!

Got this when ngabang to the first house of the day

And this one from the second house. And please, we don't drink alcohol. The house owner said, he just doing this for collection only.

And a group photo! OMG! I never thought I would look fat in there. Aisshhh. Damn it. Huhuhu

And no photo from the third house. I guess, I took seriously of eating foods rather than taking photo. Lololololol

-End of the first day-

Second day of Chinese New Year, we didn't go visiting. I went out with my two friends, Hermon and Larry since Larry will be going back to Melaka this Thursday which means tomorrow 11th Feb 2016. Hermon promised me the other day to treat me to Starbucks, so he fulfilled his promise yesterday. Muahahaha. I know right, am blessed with good and nice friends. Terbaikkkkkk

Thought to go to Viva City Mall since Larry never went there but changed plan to The Spring Mall at the last minute. Went to H&M, went to Padini. Then spent for about 3 hours sitting at Starbucks, enjoying our drinks and talking and chatting without phone. Good haaaa :) :) :)

And the three of us didn't even take photo together because we could not stop chatting. Biasa lah. Lamak sik temu. Termuntah indah bahasa Sarawak aku kat sitok. Mun sik paham, nasiblah. Mun paham, bisa.

I guess you will need a translation for that. Now go and look for someone who speaks or understand Malay Sarawak language. Or Google it, if you can. Hehehehe

After lepaking there, we went to Watson. I guess, shopping and window shopping with the guys are more pain in the ass than with the girls or when you are doing it alone. Haisshhhh. Spent for almost an hour in the pharmacy. And me too, went crazy and be like, guys, you should try this. And this, and this, and this. And the guys ended up buying things I told them. Hahahahaha

Ok. Stop here. We went home after I took away Big Apple Donuts.

Do you see me smiling while typing this entry? (^_^)

GHINZU

I just realized that my previous entry has the almost the same title with Ghinzu's song Do You Read Me.

So, I took few minutes to listen to their songs. And well, they have superb musics.

And I listened to Do You Read Me song, just in case I'd written the same thing. And it's totally different. So relieved.

Never thought there would be existed or something similar to my entry's title.

Good music, late discovery. Anyway, Ghinzu musics suit my ear. I have no idea whether this band still exist or not.

Owh, they are still exist. I just googled them, and found their information on Wikipedia. Gonna take my time to explore their musics later on. If anyone come across this page later on, go ahead and try to listen to their musics. If you like this type of music, since am the one who listen to any musics, so I don't have problem with it.

And to Ghinzu, thumbs up for your awesome musics!!

Do you read me now?

This feeling is so strong
So far.. Yet feeling so close...
I don't know how to tell
But I know it's inside of me
Trying to reach you, but it seems blurry
Imagination has it all to be near to you
How could I tell

Do you read me now?
I know you don't

Impossible to make it happen
But hope has it all
What if one day we passing by each other
What if one day we walking side by side as a stranger
In a crowded place, eyes to eyes

Days pass us everyday
We are in different places, not knowing one another
You feel like you are missing something
And am feeling like am missing you

Do you read me now?
I know you don't

If God says I will make it happens,
Deep in my heart,
I hope you are feeling the same way as I am

When you read me... Here.

Ordinary dishes from ordinary people's kitchen

I guess am gonna update my highlight of my day here. Every day. Hopefully. So, these were all things that we had for lunch today. Please be reminded that we are off different countries, different cultures and for sure different ways of cooking. And different foods.

Do you know because of my lack of vocabularies, I had to google the name of these things? Lololololol. I know the name in Malay only. And please be reminded, we Malaysian, we have our own English. I don't feel sorry for having different English than yours.

So I cooked for lunch today. And of course with Jura. Yeah, Jura is my cousin's wife sister. Does that sound right to you? My cousin, his wife has a sister called Jura.

I cooked this yesterday evening and it was still good till today.
Tadaaaaa!! Chicken curry with potatoes. Photo may not be good as it tastes. It tasted good, okayh. Ignore the background. Ordinary people with ordinary kitchen, unlike on the television.

The next dish would be this, tadaaa!!! This one ( I mean the chicken soup with white radish below) was specially made for my cousin's wife since she just gave birth to a cute boy. Loving all my nephews very much. Muackkkks!

(Ingredients: Daikon radish or simply called white radish, chicken meat mixed with bones, garlic, lemongrass, black pepper. Crushed together garlic, lemongrass and black pepper together. The portion of all ingredients would be agak-agak. Meaning to say, depends on your taste bud. Then, boiled them together till cooked. Don't forget to put salt and seasoning.)

The next one would be, sambal tomato!!!! Yeahhhh!!! This one is my favorite. All you need is tomatoes (I used two only), anchovies, cili padi or bird's eye chilli (I used only two), sugar and also belacan (prawn paste). I bet you don't have belacan at your countries. Muahahaha!
Next, cut the tomatoes, set aside. Then ground the chillis, then sugar (if you like it spicy, put less. If you think it's too spicy, put more), then anchovies, then belacan, and lastly tomatoes. This dish, you don't have to put salt or seasoning. The rest of the dishes, yes. Then chilled it for half an hour to an hour. It tasted perfectly good.

Next! Stirred fried spinach with crushed garlic and ground anchovies. I don't know why, but anchovies really make the cooking taste nice.

And the last dish that we had (this one had been prepared by Jura). Present to you, fried fish!!!! Hahahahaha!!!! Perfect lunch!

That's all. We had them for lunch today.

Please take note, whatever "ground" and "crushed" here means not ground or crushed the ingredients using blender or whatever technologies you have in your kitchen. Every "ground" and "crushed" in our cooking is using this thing. Look down below, please.

Got this photo from Google Images. It is a must have thing in our Asian kitchen especially here in Kuching, Sarawak.

Love my state (Sarawak) very much.

Good night! Selamat malam! Silamat bingare!

Very Short Haircut. Being comfortable

I find myself feeling comfortable here, being on this blog and on my Twitter. I feel insecure whenever am on my Facebook. I guess it's because many people are watching me and I know maybe half of them. And being here, make me feel free and I don't know you, and you will never know me, personally.
Unless if you really know me personally that you are here. But still, the readers of this blog is anonymous. It's better being anonymous. And the fear, it's there too. A stranger drops by at your place, and reading most of your daily journals, it's a bit scary though. It's fun and scary at the same time.

Anyway, being here is fun and awe awe awesome.
Yeahh, it's my comfort zone. I just hope that none of you trespass this place with disrespect.

Speaking of comfort zone, finalllyyyyyy. Finally! Finally!

Tadaaaaa!!! My new haircut. Loving it very much.
