Am celebrating with my auntie and family. And guess what? I baked cakes this year for Eid Mubarak. Hahaha. I'll show the photos and recipes later.

Nasi Ambeng, the Javanese cuisine

Alright. You know what, I did google the exact name of this cuisine. And the answer is still the same. I present to you, NASI AMBENG!!!!! With the B-E-N-G is pronounce with the sound "BERNG" without the "R" sound. Not "BANG". Did you get it? 

So, with all efforts I have, I edit the photo, get it marked in the prettiest way I could do. I know, it's sad, but sorry not so sorry for my lack of skills in editing or taking photos. 

Ta-daaaaaa!!!! The Javanese cuisine. Cousin brought this home. I read on Wikipedia, this cuisine is served in Indonesia, Malaysia (of course, my country) and also Singapore.

 I really like that Ayam Masak Ungkep. Delicious! Especially the fried mee. Nyum nyum nyum

Owh, that Sambal Jawa, I didn't understand why they called it sambal as from what I saw, they were all just vegetables been mixed fried? Or maybe they refer the word sambal as mixed. Am not sure. But then, everything were superb. Nice! You guys should go and find this cuisine. 

One reminder, the dishes serve on the banana leaves could be differ from one place to another.

Semester June 2017

Got this workloads before I was off for holiday. Only yesterday I retrieved them from my work email. Felt like choking when I saw the subject Introduction to Statistical Analysis. Part of me love calculation, and the other part of me just hate it.
