DARE myself to move: Part 3

Since I feel sangat sangat bersemangat to shed some of my weight, I had oats for dinner yesterday and plain water. I just could not believe I did that. Lololololol
Let's mark it as DAY 1. 
I should continue to not eat rice or whatsoever for dinner. I should stick to oat and plain water. Then, brush my teeth. Somehow somewhere, brushing teeth after dinner helps me to refrain myself from eating late at night. Wala! Good!
